Helpers are independent; no employment or agency relationship is created. We are not liable for helper conduct beyond statutory obligations; we implement verification and trust safeguards.

4. Payments & Pricing

Pricing structures may include base, variable, or incentive components. You will always have an acceptance step before confirming a task.

5. Acceptable Use

No fraudulent requests, unsafe items, restricted goods, or abuse. Violations may result in suspension.

6. Disclaimers

Service provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to direct damages up to the lesser of: (a) fees paid for the affected task; or (b) an equivalent statutory cap where mandated.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches, fraud signals, or legal obligations.

9. Changes

We may update Terms; continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
